Metastock launch

I am new to eSignal and want to use the date-on-demand function with Metastock 7.2, however it does not want to launch properly. I get a message - A connection to the online vendor could not be established. On that screen I cannot enter the username and password. I have re-installed a few times. Operating system = Windows 2000 professional.

Help please!

If you have not already done so you will need to contact eSignal to have them turn on the Equis bit.
