Esignal and Metatock (chart Intraday)

Hello
I am newbie and i have this problem

I create new security and i see on metastock the streaming chart intraday correctly but when i create a new security after the open i don't have all data of the day.
I bought Qcollector for this but something is not working ok cause when i try to download the quotes nothing is work.
Something can tell me how i must configure that?

With an issue like this we usually advise the client to first contact the software vendor who developed the program and work with them. In this case QCollector and MetaStock.
