How can i enable (EQ) in data manager ?!!

I can,t find (EQ) in data manager so i can,t use metastock 10.1 for esignal .

Please i need help

If you sign-up for eSignal with one of our Sales Reps, let them know you plan to use Metastock Pro and they'll add the Equis service bit to your account. There's no charge to add the bit. Now i told them i plan to use it with meta stock
