Hi all

I've just signed up with esignal on a free trial.

I'm using Metastock Pro 7.22 and have the LSE enabled with esignal.

I'm using -LON suffixes on stocks and am getting intraday charts without problem.

When I try to download online data (historical real time) I get the message 'Retrieving data please wait' and then get the message 'data not available'. I then get the chart for the stock updating nicely in real time, but not giving me the historical data I wanted.

I have no problem getting online data for INDU so why can't I access LSE stocks?

As of yet, Equis has not programmed MS to support our International Tick servers, where intraday history data for International Equities (like LSE) is stored. Here's an FAQ on the subject. You might want to contact Equis and see if they have an estimated release date on the horizon. These particular servers have been in place for approximately 2 years, btw.

btw You could inform your London help desk that this is a known issue cos they clearly unaware of it.
