Metastock EOD 7.2

Hi I am a new member. I have a Metastock EOD ver 7.2. I 'd like to download data from e-signal. Could anybody tell me the steps?

By using the MetaStock 7.2 EOD version, I assume you are looking to download data via the Downloader application? Please let me know.

Dear Miss Duane

Yes, I try to download data via The Downloader Application. I use Tools-Download Prices from menu bar. On the "Vendor Selection" dialog box, I choose 'Signal' with settings : current qoutes : 1/29/2004 and check the Recollect commodities & overwrite duplicate dates. When try downloading, I got error message : "DBC Data Manager (WINROS.EXE) could not found. It must be running before data can be collected".

Plz be kindly to find the copy of dialog boxes on the attachment.

While I don't see any attachments on your post, that message certainly sounds like eSignal is not active when you are trying the download. Can you make sure eSignal is running and you are getting data in the eSignal app OK? Then try the downloading procedure in MS.
