Writing and Reading Text files

Greetings:

I am writing an interface to NinjaTrader and I need to be able to write a text file to the NinjaTrader/incoming directory to place a trade and read a text file from the NinjaTrader/outgoing directory to get the status of that order.

What settings do I have to make in eSignal 7.91, or what would I have to use in my file object code to designate the directory I am reading from or writing to.
