I can see LLOY-LON (Lloyds Bank on FTSE 100) on esignal but I cannot get the data to come through on Ninjatrader. I spoke to NT support who were unsure why it was not working. They contacted esignal support who confirmed the symbol map of LLOY-LON. The NT support connected to my machine and visually checked it over, everything seemed fine.
I have been using the esignal/NT pairing for years and it passes through data fine.
Is there anything on the esignal side that I need to check to see why the data will not pass through the API?
In the esignal mapping field on the NT misc tab the entry is LLOY-LON is this correct? I have tried various permutations of characters but nothing so far seems to work.
