Exchange waiver data probs

Does anyone know how to get my Esignal exhange waiver data to work with Ninja trader. When i try to pull up GC futures in NT i get error message because i am not fully subscribed to Nymex. I get the data through the bundled waiver plan. How can i get Ninja to recognize my exchange waiver data.

Not entitled.

GC(Gold) is not included in wavier bundle package so will not get real time pricing for it. if u have esignal ondemand u will only get delayed data only on esignal only.

Well i get GC real time in Esignal so iam not sure maybe i have it separately but i still get error message in Ninja Trader.
