I loaded the esignal plugin and everything in globeserver seems to work fine, but when I go to tradestation and try to get a chart there seems to be no data for me?

You may need to provide a bit more information on what you have done in order for others to be able to replicate the issues (if any)
What symbols and resolutions, how did you set these symbols up, what steps did you take to download the data, what error messages (if any) are you getting, what data did you download and what data are you trying to chart?
If possible also add some screenshots for the above information
