eSignal & GlobalServer

Hi!

I am using Prosuit 2000i 5.00.0822 for charting and eSignal as a data source.

I did install eSignal ActiveX Plugin for TS2000i 4081 program
following the guide found in eSignal WebSite for that porpuse and the data seems to be coming in in good shape after 3 or 4pm but it can't be seen or transfered to GS and imposible to be charted using Prosuit2000i.

As I said, I did follow the instructions eSignal ActiveX Plugin for TS2000i setup guide and no data is in GlobalServer Format.

How can I do in order to have available the data in G.S.?

Are you saying that you can collect data while working online?

but it can't be seen or transfered to GS

Once you start the download is any data being Received? Processed?
Can you provide an example of a symbol that you are trying to download and some information (preferably screenshots) about the setup in GlobalServer for that symbol?

Also, did you have ProSuite installed before installing eSignal?
Any other information you can provide may help to give some clues as to what the issue is.
