Chart will not advance

TS2000i chart will not move forward in time when an interval chart such as one minute is selected. When using tick chart everything is fine.

This just started today on two computers.

FWIW I cannot come up with any reason as to why the 1 minute chart will not plot correctly while the 1 Tick chart does. Perhaps if you could provide some detailed information regarding the setup of the symbol(s) in GlobalServer and in TradeStation (preferably with some images) it might help in identifying where the problem may be.
As far as I can see at my end everything appears to be working as it should
