  • I need help on getting historical data for my TS2000

    Hi..There,
I need help on getting historical data for E-mini S&P and Nasdaq of CME. What I need to get for my TS2000 (I using e-signal for data feed), is a perpetual contract for these 2 futures which will continue the chart for years. Let say back to 5 to 10 years. I have tried the History.com but only got 3 months and those in the particular contract month only (e.i March, June or Sept contract). I know that TS8 have a perpetual data for e-mini S&P with symblo of @ES.
Just try to get the similar with e-signal & TS 2000 combination.

Will greatly appreciate for this help.

    Thanks

The symbols for continuous contracts in eSignal are composed of the root symbol followed by #F in place of the month/year code. For example the symbols for the two futures you mentioned are ES #F and NQ #F respectively.
Note that eSignal provides up to a maximum of 120 days intraday data and approximately 10 years of daily data. However neither ES nor NQ will have 10 years since they have not been around that long.
