Tradestation plugin

I have problem with esignal and the tradestation plugin. My RT feed works fine, but I can´t download any historic data. I have tried to check the following;

"Connecting and Waiting - no data ever gets downloaded
There are several possible causes for this problem:
- you're not subscribed to the symbol you're trying to download
- you have problems with your proxy/firewall settings (the port used by the Plug-in should be shared)
- wrong eSignal password
- incorrect DataManager Internet settings. Please go
to the DataManager -> Communications and make sure the IP Address is CM*.esignal.com (NOT CM*.DBC.com)."

I updated dbcapi.dll in the system32 and now tick, min and 5-min data works fine, however I can´t get any daily data.

Make sure you set a From date for Daily in the Date Range section

i was reading your thread, and i noticed on the knowledge base that 120 days of intra day data is available. is it possible to use the pluggin and download farther back than the 120 days of historical intraday data

No it is not. At this time eSignal provides up to a maxiimum of 120 days of intraday data
