I am having problems getting the eSignal plug-in for TS2000i to actually download data. I have an EOD subscription with eSignal, and the eSignal software itself functions just fine. I have read thru all of the related posts and tried all the fixes suggested, even to the extent of removing and reinstalling everything. I am using the 4081 build of the plug-in with TS2000i SP5.
When I try to download data, the plug-in seems to do all the right things; the Download Performance windows says it is downloading for each symbol and eventually says "Download Completed", however, all of the counters are zero, and no data ever shows up.
There is nothing in the event logs that I can see that would indicate a problem.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
