Problems with Global Server and LIFFE symbols

Hey everyone,

Any help would be much appreciated. I am adding e-signal symbols for eruex and liffe to global server. They add just fine, but when I go ahead to download past data from esignal, the liffe symbols do not propogate in the list. No data is collected. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Make sure that in the Plugin EUREX and LIFFE are included in the list of Used Exchanges for that Category (see image)

maybe i have an older version of global server, but how do i get to that screen? i am having trouble finding it.

Since you referred earlier to downloading historical data I suppose you are using the Plugin to do that.
The screen I showed earlier can be accessed by right clicking the appropriate Item to Download and selecting Edit Item. Once you get to the other screen make sure you select the relevant Category from the dropdown menu at the top.
