eSignal plug-in fails to update Bid data in TradeStation 2000i

Hi Alex,

When I try to update my 60-minute Bid data (Forex) with the eSignal plug-in in TradeStation 2000i, it fails to update any chart whereas when I try to update 60-minute Ask data, it works. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

See this thread with regards to Forex.
If after having gone through the set up suggested in the thread you are still having problems you will need to provide more detailed information (including screenshots) regarding your setup, symbol settings, etc

Alex,

Now it works; when I tried to download 1 tick Bid data, I did not configure trade record (1 Tick, 1 minute, 5 minute and 1 day) AND 1 Tick Ask record in the eSignal plug-in. Thank you so much again for your valuable help.
