In eSignal 7.9 the pre/after-market data are easily accessible. Is it a chance to get the same in TS 2000i (real-time and plug-in)?

I don't believe that is possible with the Plugin. As to retrieving that data in real time I think it only receives trades executed on the Nasdaq Market System (if I remember correctly) so the charts will proibably not look like those in eSignal

So where the problem lies? At the client software level or at the server level? Because now the people who use other charting software (including TS2000i) then eSignal 7.x are not able to receive the pre/after-market data.

The problem does not appear to be at server level because I can receive pre/post market data with other third party products such as for example Metastock (see image enclosed below) so I would assume that it is at TS2k level.
