  • TS2000 Stops Ploting Forex

At 11:00 hrs EST TS2000 stops plotting any of my forex charts although Global Server is still recieving data. All my index charts update real time. It seems to me that I have inadvertantly enabled some switch or setting that is causing this problem as it happens every day at this time.

    Anyone have any ideas?

I would check the Session times you have in GlobalServer.

That was my first guess, all sessions are properly set.

Can you post an image showing the Sessions for one of the symbols that stops updating.
Another thing you may want to check (although I am not sure it may have an effect) is the Offset you have in TS2k respect to GMT. If for example you were on the East Coast that value should currently be set to -240 minutes (because of Daylight Saving Time).

Use PrintScrn and paste the contents into any image editor with which you can crop the image and save it. Then attach the file using the Attach File button that is in the page in which you compose the message

In your Sessions you set the Open Time (00:01) to be after the Close Time (00:00) of the same day. Set the Close Time to 23:59 on all days and also set the Settlement to 0 hrs 0 min .
Alternatively if you want to begin collecting data on Sunday use the Sessions shown in the enclosed image

I reset the sessions as you have shown and rebooted TS2000 and although the global server has the up to date data (I went into the edit data to check) the chart windows only show data untill 11:00 EST.

What time zone are you in and what value do you have in the Offset from datafeed time setting in TS2k?

You omitted to indicate what Time Zone you are in

Then during Daylight Saving Time the Offset from datafeed time should be set to -240 and for the rest of the time it should be set to -300. Try changing that and see if it fixes your issue (you may need to restart TS2k and GlobalServer for the change to go into effect)

Right on cue at 11:00 Eastern TS stopped ploting all Forex data. Indexs still plotting and global server still collecting data.
