Setting up Indices for TS 2000i

Hi,
Am having some problems with international indices in TS.I can get the standard Dow, S&P etc fine, but trying to get some of the other world indices like NIkkei, DAx etc I get the follwoing problem.

Everything works fine and they appear in the global server window, when I click to download them via e signal the e signal box only recognises some of the symbols i.e. Dow, Nasdaq etc etc.
It does not recognise all the others so I cannot set e signal to download them.I think I must be doing something wrong in setting them up .I can get the symbols collecting data in e signal itself and I am using the same symbol format e.g.

$N225-IDX for Nikkei 225,

,any ideas or is there somewhere which outlines how to set up indices for download in Global server.

You need to assign the -IDX symbols to the UNDEF Exchange.
Then in the Plugin make sure that UNDEF is listed in the Used Exchanges for the Category to which you have assigned those symbols (presumably Index)
