dBC Online Subserver which Supports (esignal....)

WHEN I run the GlobalServerSetup,
no option to sellect esignal but thr only related to esignal is the dBC Online Subserver which Supports (esignal....)
Should I have done something else befor I have the latest plug in installed (eSignalPluginTS2000i_5156). I made a service pack update as well.
Any Ideas

DBC Online Subserver is the correct option for the eSignal data feed
