Data UPDATE on My Request no previous days but since Now and On

  • Data UPDATE on My Request no previous days but since Now and On

    My problem to look at globalServer was that:
    when I am creating a new stock on Globalserver and open on Prosuit brings not previous days but since Now and On. Example I ask now for rimm it gives me from now on nothing from the past?
    Any Ideas

    GlobalServer only collects data in real time. It does not download historical data. To retrieve historical data you need to use the Plugin for TS2k

          I did E v e rythi n g step by step but still not working .
          Any Ideas from experience that could go wrong?

            You will need to provide more details as to what you are trying to accomplish and the steps you have taken as this is not clear from the context of your messages.

              Alex OK.
              I try to download intraday for last 15 days.
              I do everything as you describe it at your file and as I red at the help file.
              After selection of symbols dowload the dowlnload performance shows download complete and nothing is going on.
              I tried with Real-Time status conected and disconected.
              Only once was on the option to disconect if I wanted trom File>disconect from esignal....I stoped then I re-run the setup for globalserver, i uninstalled and reinstall the plug in. REboot all these. But nothing.

              Then I tried to install trhe latest plug in, i have on about though the old version 1.1.7.4081 !! still...
              I hope that help you to understand so you can give a sollution or some Ideas

                  No when I try to download daily then a critical error occured and globalserver crashes.

                    At this point I think the problem is beyond what I can help you with.
                    You may try reinstalling TS2k/GlobalServer after which if the problem still persists you may need to contact TradeStation support.
