Can only load daily data with plugin

I have been using the eSignal plugin for TS2Ki for months. However, now it will not download tick data or minute data. All it will download is daily data. Yes, I have clicked tick and 1 minute checkboxes. Any ideas please? I am quite desperate to get this resolved.
