Linking Tradestation 2000i with esignal

Hi There,

I have just subscribed to esignal and would like to know how to link in with tradestation so that I can receive real-time data.

I have already configured global server to receive esignal realtime, but receiving no information. Can you kindly give me precise guidance as I am not computer literate. I am getting really frustrated.

Beside running the Setup Wizard to configure TradeStation/GlobalServer to use eSignal as the data feed there should be no other configurations required.
You may want to read through GlobalServer's Help file as that illustrates in detail all the steps that are necessary to set up TradeStation/GlobalServer with eSignal
If after having done that you are still having problems you will need to provide more details as to the specific nature of the problem, what actions you are performing, how you have set up the symbols and your settings in general. If possible provide images showing all the above.
