TS2000i often frooze!

Hi,

Can anyone have some ideas about this? Our TS2000i Prosuite often freezes specially when markets get busy. Like when there is economic numbers, such as unemployment...

We are using eSignal as datafeed, we dont use the plug-in. We also use dynaloader to fill-in gaps.

We also have the latest pentium PC with 1GB RAM per PC.

Any opinions,suggestions, recommendations is highly appreciated.

If in the Portfolio you have any electronically traded futures - in particular ES and NQ - then the issue you are referring to may be the same as the one documented in the TS2k - High CPU usage with mini futures.mht document which is available here.
There are basically two solutions to the problem, one offered by Omega in the above mentioned document which may not always be applicable or work properly (and may create other problems) and the other to set up all electronically traded futures as Stocks or Indexes (see the document Setting up ES as Stock or Index.mht which is available at the same link shown above for an example of how to do it)
