Up Vol, Down Vol for historical data

Hi,

I was downloading the historical data from esignal, and the data seems to be missing the Up Vol, and Down Vol fields (both shows '0' when I load up and check the data), only total vol is available.

Since TS2000i seems to calculate the total volume from the Up + Down vol, it always gives me '0' for the volume.

I don't have this problem with real time data from esignal... seems to me eSignal realtime does have Up Vol and Down Vol, but not with historical data.

Please advise.
