Download shutdown

Hi Alex,


I was trying to download historical data but eSignal Plug-in keeps giving me the following "Shutdown" status right in Download Performance windows. Please advise.

What symbol is causing the Shutdown message? Is the symbol Connected while you are trying to download data?
You will need to provide further details for others to try and replicate the problem

Hi,

I found that my esignal data manager keep bouncing between connect and disconnect status with the news server, and then I open esignal client and found that I can only download half of the chart for most symbols.

Looks like a connection problem. I reinstalled windows and everything works fine now.
