Global Server Error

I downloaded the plugin to get connected to esignal historical server for intraday and daily data in tradestation. I have prosuite 2000i and build #5. I followed the instructions on downloading data for the symbols selected in the symbol portfolio but nothing downloads. I appreciate any comments that could lead me in the right direction. Thanks

You may need to provide further details such as for example if you have run the Setup Wizard and can receive real time data, the type of error you refer to in the title of the thread, whether you can download daily data, what symbols you are trying to download, how these symbols are set up, etc
