Global server problem

Hi Alexis, I can't seem to be able to load historical data that I have stored in Global server onto a chart. The replie on the chat is: no data available for the selected data range.
I have checked on the global server if there was enough dtat for the desired market and ther was ample data range. It gives me the same message for all the data series that I have on the global server!!!

There could be several reasons as to why you get that message. For example you could be trying trying to plot an interval for which there is no data stored in the required resolution. Without knowing any details with regards to what you are doing it is impossible to determine the cause.
