I cannot unload historical data

Hi,
I use TS2000¡ Prosuite, Version: 5.00.0822.
Unload activeX, to unload historical data from the Global server, and if unloading is never connected but nothing.
Somebody can help me and say to me that it is what I must do, to unload data correctly?

If you are unable to download intraday historical data but can download daily historical data then you may want to see this thread for a possible solution.
Also, if you have not already done so, I would suggest that you review the Setup Guide for the TS2000i plugin which is available here

It used to be her dbcapi.dll, now download perfectly at tick data.
