Does this plug-in work on Windows Vista?

GLobalserver error when connecting to real time data

i installed ts2000i and esignal on vista. esignal standalone works fine, and the historical plug-in works fine. however, i cannot connect real time data. when i click "connect" it says "error." in the performance tab, it says initialized. can someone help? thanks.

I have the same problem. The plugin works for historical data, but globalserver cannot connect real-time with Data Manager.
