TS 2000i & esignal connecting

I am unable to connect TS2000i with real time esignal. I have removed (via Control Panel) both Tradestation (OMGA folder) and
esignal and then done the following:

1. Install TS 2000i w/SP4
2. Install Service Pack 5
3. Install esignal
Re-booted computer between each step
Picked DBC Online when configuring Global Server and got message that I had successfully done so. Data manager in esignal
reads OK in reception and password, and receives data in other programs. When try to connect a symbol in Global Server, get error message.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Ken, I had the same problem for ages and it took me a while to work it out, theres an extra file somewhere that needs to be deleted, Im trying to remember what it was now, email me at [email protected] and I will see if I can re work it out.
