  • eSignal 10 & Global Server

Before downloading eSignal 10.0 useres of TS2000i were warned about a connection error involving the eSignal Data Manager. So I skipped upgrading.

These message is removed from the download window since Okt. 3.

Can You confirm that this problem is fixed and 10.0 will work fine with the global server of 2000i?

I installed 10.0 for the first time about 3 weeks ago (as a new user), and after 2 days messing around and tearing my hair out, discovered that it DOES NOT work with globalserver.

Solution? You will need to use 8.0

I did leave feedback with esignal asking that a message box be employed on the install, to clarify this for other esignal customers, both new & old.

Thank you for bringing the error to the attention of esignal.

Maybe something has changed with the download release since Okt. 3?

Looking forward to a comment from the esignal support team.

As far as I know the compatibility issue that was in the initial release of eSignal 10.0 was resolved in the version that has been available in the Download page since October 3 (when also the warning message was removed) and that is working without any problems.
