I use the ESignal plug-in for TS2000i.
Several times a day, Globalserver freezes and charts and radars stop.
All my 230 symbols are Indexes and Stocks, no Futures.
To get it going again I take Globalserver Offline and then back online and this works ok.
Problem is if I leave the screen and it stops I lose intraday data. To help I have coded in Easylanguage for TS to make a ping noise each time a tick occurs on AAPL, so the pinging happens all day until it stops, which at least gives me warning if I'm not watching the screen.
I have re-indexed the globalserver files, done a complete new install of XP-Pro and TS2000i and Esignal on a re-formatted hard drive, and downloaded all data as new. That made no difference.
My PC has 8 processor cores, each of 3.2Ghz, and 3Gb memory, which should be ample power. I have altered program priorites and affinities in Task Manager but the problem persists.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
