First Download with plug in?

Hello everybody, first time here I just reinstall TS 2000i without
historybank and inserted 438 futures symbols in portofolio which
are connected to the delayed feed all that works well. I tryed to download 1 day worth of data, one minute and daily waited all night nothing happened Am I missing something? thanks,Robert

Hi Robert,

You did not supply too many details on how you configured the PlugIn. Did you select the category Futures? Do you select all of the relevant exchanges? How much of a data range did you select? What message was displayed in the Download Performance window when it tried to download the issues?
