  • Simex Products not showing up under Tradestation

Part of my ongoing workout of bugs in this new setup...I can't see any SIMEX products, although they ARE in the GlobalServer...data and all....

Any help would be appreciated - thanks,

    James

      Hi James,

I use the N225 off Simex (NI Z3-SI) and it collects data in GS and plots charts fine. One thing i have noticed over the years, and this is a problem with TradeStation, is it doesn't always handle multiple session times very well when it comes to plotting a chart.
Try using 1 session for each day and see if it plots a chart.
I have seen this problem in TS regardless of data supplier.

Also, you might like to read this post,

      Screen refreshing with every tick

      hope this helps

      regards

        Ross,

Drinks are on me when your in Houston (or Stockholm )...that's perfect - got my chart minus the electronic session, but at least I know what the bug is....

and yes I had read about the chart refresh every tick syndrome...thankfully have avoided it for the most part...

        thanks again!

Glad it helped....(and I would be mighty thirsty by the time I got to Houston or Stockholm from Australia)

          cheers.
