Pls. Help to download EUROSTOXX data for TS

Hi,
I can not download EUROSTOXX data from ESIGNAL to TS.
I tryed to type: EX A0-DT for Index , and
EX Z3-DT for future.
I become a message: No data available for the selected date range.
I tryed also ET Z3-DT and become also the same message.
Kindly help.

How are you downloading the data from eSignal to TS2K?
How are the two symbols set up in GlobalServer?
I just set up ET Z3-DT in GlobalServer using the default settings and downloaded data for it with the ActiveX Plugin and it seems to be working (see image)
If you can provide more information then someone may be able to help
