high cpu usage

Hi

I trade the Simex N225(NI Z3-SI) and have serveral charts(1min/5min) open in one workspace, whenever the quote update, I will get very high cpu usage(close to 100%) and a hourglass. This doesn't seem to happen with other datafeeds that I have used b4.

I checked the TS knowledge base and there is a mention about this issue, I followed the instrutions and change one the setting to 5 but the problem persist.

Is this normal?

That is a known GlobalServer issue with electronically traded futures.
You may want to check this thread where someone else was having the same problem and a solution is provided.
