Timeadjustment problem

Does anyone who uses TS2k this problem as well?
The data are realtime but the time stamp is ten minutes to late.
I have this problem only with futures. Who can help?

Thanks for your help. I am wondering because I had always realtime subscription. I will reinstall all.

You may not need to reinstall all. Once you have checked the time settings suggested in the linked thread you may want to first try running the Setup Wizard.
