Trouble downloading missing data

I wonder if someone could help me. I am trying to download missing data - last week for symbols that i have been trading a system on - es #f. When I download the data as I have before, it indicates that it is downloading but there are three areas to record the download information - "received", "processed" and "ignored". After it completes the download the numbers are included in the processed category and the ignored category but there is 0 in the received. In my program which is tradestation, the information is not updated.

Do you have any recommendation for me?

Have you made any changes in GlobalServer or the ActiveX Plugin since your last successful download?
Can you post some screenshots or provide some information on your setup?
