Problem downloading UWN

Hi,

In ES AC Quote.quo table, I am able to enter the symbol UWN (Nevada Gold & Casinos) and see the real-time ticks.

However, GlobalServer does not recognize the UWN symbol, instead I had to use the description to find the symbol and it's UWIN-BB (OTC listed). I tried to download the tick data and daily data, but get nothing in return (see figure).

Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Change the symbol in GlobalServer to UWN and set the exchange to AMEX and it should download the data (see image below)

When inserting the symbol, do you select "Add from Dictionary" or "Add New"?

With Add from Dictionary, I get no match (see picture 1 below).

With Add from New, I also get no match (see picture 2 below).

The problem here is that you are relying on GlobalServer's symbol universe which is somewhat out of date. So if you do a search for UWN it will not find it because it lists the stock as UWIN-BB.
If you already have UWIN-BB in the Portfolio of GlobalServer just change the symbol, the root symbol and the exchange and set them to what I suggested.
FYI when I added it I used Add from Dictionary selected UWIN-BB then after it was added to the Portfolio I simply applied the procedure above.
