Datavendor missing

I installed the plug in and after opening the plug in from the global server, the "Data vendor" drop down at the top is empty. If I go ahead and select the data to download, when I select "OK" to start download (after selecting data, time frame), I get error message that "Data Vendor must be selected".

How can I resolve this issue such that "Data Vendor" esignal shows up in the drop down?
