Could you post also a screenshot of the History to Save tab in the Edit Symbol of GlobalServer for any one of the symbols you have.
Also a screenshot of what you type of data you are requesting with the ActiveX Plugin
Those may help in better understanding the issue.

First of all I would suggest that you read this post in which you can find a brief explanation on how Forex data is organized in GlobalServer and used by TS2k.
In the History to Save I see that you have a lot of unnecessary settings and some missing key ones. It should actually look more like in the following image. You can set a higher number of Days for 1 Tick Bid Record but the essence is the same.

Lastly the image below shows how a complete data request would look if you wanted to download all the Forex data you can store in GlobalServer and chart in TS2k

            Alexis,
Thx for your patience, but I've already read the threads you mentionde. Changed the settings as you proposed. Unfortunately it's still not working. i get R/T data without any problems. But no historical data, not even a day. As you can say in the pics, the GS tries to download but then always comes up with the message "received 0". Maybe it has s.th. to do with the firewall I use? Do I have to open some special ports for the download feed? Any other ideas?
            Regards,

            Wolfgang

It is possible that the firewall has something to do with your issue. In case you have not already gone through the firewall configuration required for eSignal you can find it here.
