unable to download intraday data

i use the active plugin the first time.
i download daily history data without any problem.
i could see in the download performence window " requesting daily data"
my problem ist that i donot get any intraday data although i have defined 1 min and 5 min in the history. i couldnot see something
in the download performence window.
if i look in the global server "edit data". i get the daily data from the plugin download . there arenot any intraday data from the downlaod with the plugin. i get only intraday data from the dbc-subserver.
i tried to download intraday for example:
et u4-dt,es #f=2 from 1.1.2004 to 21.6.2004
could anybody help me?

1) What version of GlobalServer do you have?
2) What version of eSignal do you have?
3) What version of DataManager (dbcapi.dll) do you have?
4) Do you use Norton Antivirus or any other virus protection software?
5) Could you please send me ([email protected]) your winros.ini and winsig.ini files from \windows folder
6) Could you make and post here the simular snapshot while downloading intraday data for ES #F=2?



7) Do you have any problems when plot intraday charts in eSignal.

this is a screenshot from my system, perhaps try the same configuration?

i read something about the online downloader from hypertrader. i tried it. it works very good. without any problems. i can recommend this program.
