time display on charts

My system works perfect but i would like to see the Chicago time on my charts instead of the time it is in my timezone.

I tried several things but nothing seems to work.
What do i have to change to make my system work as it is now except for displaying the Chicago time on my charts?

In Format Symbol select Local or Exchange in the Timezone section
