Import FX data into EXCEL

I know, it has nothing to do with T2000i. But nevertheles I'll ask my question. Wanna import the r/t FX data like LAST, BID, ASK into an EXCEL sheet. Tried the sample and it works out. But as far as I can see I've to type in every symbol I need. Does anybody know a quick and dirty method to import the symbols from eSignal into EXCEL. Or has anybody already developed a FX spreadsheet that I could maybe get? Thx for your answers...
