I thought I would throw this one out there. This is a pretty good site for traders, quants, and accounting specialists. This is basically a job listing and individuals looking for work. It is fairly broad based so you may have to dig around a bit to find someone that meets your needs. A lot of the postings are for traders, analysts and the like, but there are some accountants in the mix. There are many geographical listings, but most seem to be from the UK. This may be a place to start. The specific area that you'll want to check out is the employment section near the bottom right of the page. Hope this helps.
