Forex FXCM feed?

If i change forex settings for example from GBP A0-FX to GBP@FXCM A0-FX (as shown at an eSignal learning seminar to get a direct feed from my trading platform) I seem to lose the angle and numbers etc for the 34eMA on Woodies bottom panel and it just shows NaN NaN'

Any suggestions how to use this revised forex setting and to be able to keep the normal Woodies panel output? OR any comments on what the above message means?
