PFG Best Direct Integration....or not

i'm following the instructions on this page per esignal's directions:

http://www.esignal.com/map/pfg/default.asp

but when i click on "Best Direct Update file", i get a "The Page cannot be found" error.

I tried another page:

http://www.esignal.com/map/pfg/default.asp

and clicked on "Download the eSignal at PFG Plug-in" and that gave me the same error.

How do I integrate the two? Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone ever been able to integrate the two?
