Is there a trading Dome that can be connected to the $Playback file for tick replay?

At this point in time, there isn't a way to make use of $Playback feature in the DOME or other displays of market depth. Currently, historical data isn't collected for this type of information. You may want to send this suggestion to the Product Development Team as a possible enhancement going forward. Thanks for the post.
