CyberTrader integration?

Does eSignal 7.9.1 integrate with CyberTrader for programmatic trading? The page at http://www.esignal.com/partners/brokerages/default.asp offers a "special download" for CyberTrader that seems to be an ancient version of eSignal.

Hi Jim,

Our Trading Services group has been working on a complete upgrade to our major trading service providers, Cyber being one them.
